Clients reviews about Soma Recovery Preston

I cannot recommend this company more. If I could give 10 stars I would. After having a blowout on the Motorway close to junction 32 M6 I was totally stranded at 6:15am. Stupidly I didn’t have recovery and although ringing the sos they made getting off the motorway sound so simple…. Well it wasn’t!!! Had it not been for me googling Preston recovery and this company coming up first on google I dread to think what would have happened. I’d already been on the hard shoulder for an hour and 45 minutes. After making the call to these guys they were with me in 20 minutes!!!!! The man who picked me up got me straight into his cab which was lovely and warm. Once my vehicle was on the back of the truck he took me to his garage, new tyre had been ordered and was waiting and within 30 minutes I was on my way again. THANK YOU just doesn’t seem enough. Very highly recommended ~ Karen N

Top-Notch Recovery and Tyre Services! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend these guys highly enough for their outstanding recovery, tyre fitting, and repair services. I recently had a breakdown and their team came to the rescue quickly and professionally. The recovery was fast, safe, and stress-free — exactly what you need in a situation like that. Once at the garage, they diagnosed the issue, sourced the right tyres immediately, and had me back on the road in no time. Their tyre fitting was efficient and precise, and the staff made sure everything was balanced and aligned perfectly. The quality of work was excellent, and they explained everything clearly without any pressure or hidden costs. This is a garage that genuinely cares about its customers. Whether you're stuck roadside or just need a quick tyre check or repair, these are the people to call. Reliable, friendly, and seriously skilled — I wouldn’t go anywhere else. ~ Dénes K

Called early this morning as id broke down on the way to a job an hour away and within 5 minutes he'd sent me a price over for recovering myself and the vehicle. I explained what the issue was and he came immediately to get us. I'd spoke to 2 other guys before getting his number who weren't interested but he was on it from the get go.!!!! Excellent service and a great guy, very chatty. He also gave me some advice on what exactly I should be asking for alongside the repair at the garage to avoid potential issues going forward. Thanks again for a great service Andy ~ Andrew R

My car started to make alot of weird noises on the motorway whilst stranded in slow traffic so I pulled over to a safe spot. I got quotes from the local area near Bolton which were more expensive but my friend recommended me to SOMA. He took 30 mins to get to me. Once he collected me and my car he took me back home and even helped more when my car engine ceased up by pushing it into a parking bay along with me. Very nice chatty guy too. Thank you so much! ~ WILLIAM Y

The car was loaded onto the truck which was well maintained and unloaded at the other end. Seamless and took a whole lot of stress out after the car broke down. I would definitely recommend this company and if needed wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you guys you were amazing. ~ celia c
